Horstman, Robert William 'Bob' Nov. 19, 1921 - Nov. 20, 2015 Robert 'Bob' William Horstman died peacefully on Friday, November 20, 2015. He was born on November 19, 1921 in Covington, Kentucky. Bob served in the Army Air Force as a bombardier and radar observer. He worked in the construction field: Orange State Lumber Company, Gulf Coast Contracting and at Bird Bay in Venice. Bob married June Sheridan in October 1952 and moved to Sarasota in 1957. He leaves behind to cherish his memory daughter, Marti Albritton; grandson Robert Alan Albritton and his wife Jennifer; and great-grandson, Jonathan Isaac Albritton. Bob was a sweet man who lived his life quietly, graciously and always with a big smile. The family would like to thank The Pines of Sarasota: Dr. Cappello, Nurses, Rehabilitation & Activities Departments, Volunteers, Staff and fellow Residents for enriching Bob's life.
