Richard M. Munoz RACINE – Richard M. Munoz, age 68, passed away on Monday, April 14, 2014. Richard was born on September 18, 1945 to Gasper G. Munoz and Francisca (nee: Martinez) Munoz in San Antonio, Texas. He married Josefa (née: Rivera) Munoz on June 24, 1967 in Racine. They raised their family in Racine, where Richard worked for J.I. Case Company. He then moved on to a 13 year career at Rexnord Hydraulics in Racine. Richard is survived by his wife, Josefa, sons; Richard, Munoz, Jr. and Mario Munoz, Sr., brothers; Gaspar (Diane) Munoz, and John (Melida) Munoz, sisters; Estella Munoz, Maria "Nena" Moreno, Emma (Johnny) Alejos, Betsy (George) Martinez, Raymond (Barb)Munoz, Frank Munoz, also Richard leaves eight grandchildren and eight great-grand- children, along with many nieces and nephews and best friends, John and Jennifer. Richard was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers and his mother-in-law. There will be a memorial service for Richard on Monday, April 21, 2014 at Cristo Rey Parish from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
