Richard Rich J. Catrambone, died peacefully at his home surrounded by family on November 12, 2016 in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts at the age of 84. Rich is survived by his loving wife Ann (Churchill) Catrambone of Avon, Massachusetts, his five children, Catherine A. Catrambone and husband James M. Athy Jr., of Quincy, Massachusetts, Dr. Richard J. Catrambone and wife Sophia of Canton, Massachusetts, Laurie Kundicz and husband Jeffery Kundicz of West Bridgewater, Massachusetts, Lynne M. Collins and Dennis Collins of Raynham, Massachusetts and Diane Solic and husband Jim Solic of Encinitas, California. He was the proud and loving grandfather of ten grandchildren: Christopher Catrambone, Stephen Kundicz, Bryan Kundicz, Alyssa Collins, Dan Kundicz, Karina Catrambone, Greg Kundicz, James Kundicz, Ellen Collins and Lienne Catrambone; and great-grandchild, Vivian Whitehouse. Rich was born on June 2, 1932 in Brockton, Massachusetts to parents Francesco Savario Catrambone and Rose (Spadea) Catrambone. Rich graduated from Brockton High School in 1951, married Ann Churchill in 1956, and raised five children in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts. He retired from Ace Surgical Supply Company in Brockton, Massachusetts, where he worked as the Sales Manager. He was an usher at St. Anns Church in West Bridgewater and a member of the Conti Memorial Club of Brockton. Richard was extremely handy and had the tools and knowledge to accomplish almost any project. He relished the opportunity to pass these skills on to his grandchildren. Richard dedicated his life to family and treasured his time with family and friends. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Funeral from the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 441 South Main St., (Rte.28), West Bridgewater on Wednesday, November 16, at 9 a.m. thence to St. Anns Church, 103 No. Main St., West Bridgewater where a funeral Mass will be celebrated for the repose of his soul at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery, West Bridgewater.
