After valiantly battling her illness for ten months, God finally brought Renee into His loving arms in December of 2019.  She was a wonderful wife and mother, whose kind heart and loving ways brought our family immeasurable happiness.  She loved our three children deeply; she was incredibly devoted to them and always there for them.  Nurturing. Caring. Loving. Supporting. Renee's was a beautiful spirit, one of positivity and encouragement and light. She devoted her life to her family and we're so fortunate to have had her loving presence in our lives.  Our youngest daughter described her as "Sunshine wearing shoes"; such an accurate description.

Renee had the love and support of many close friends who will miss her, as will we, including her colleagues at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, an agency and job she loved so very much and at which she always strived to do her very best to be a stellar attorney.

An ardent animal lover and environmentalist, Renee cared for the weakest among us, supporting numerous humanitarian causes, as well as providing foster care to, and adopting, several shelter animals.

In accordance with Renee's wishes, final arrangements and services were small, informal, and private.

We are so grateful to the many family and friends who were kind enough to make a donation to the American Cancer Society on Renee's behalf. Know that your donation will help speed the arrival of a cure to this devastating disease.  

Although Renee is no longer with us physically, she will always be with us in spirit, and we are so grateful to have had her as our loving wife and mother.
