Randy Mendoza died unexpectedly in his home on September 8, 2015. Born in Fresno on August 7, 1959 he leaves behind Linda his loving wife of 25 years, and his daughters, Lauren and Cheryl. 

Randy preceded in death, his parents Marti and Al Mendoza from Fresno and his sister Renee Mendoza in Daly City. 

Randy received his secondary education from San Joaquin Memorial in Fresno, his undergraduate degree from UCLA, and his MBA from the University of Chicago. He loved sports, in particular UCLA and Notre Dame Football, SF Giants and 49ers. 

Randy was an incredibly hard working family man. He began his banking career in Wells Fargo in San Francisco. A commercial banker, Randy worked for approximately thirty years in the finance industry. He worked for Security Pacific, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and East West Bank most recently. He specialized in agricultural lending and was equally at home walking the fields with clients or sitting at the Conference table at bank headquarters. He was a fair and just man. 

His greatest passion was his love of his daughters. They will always remember his great laugh, wonderful sense of humor, gentle guidance and loving embrace.

The family would appreciate in lieu of flowers, a charitable donation be made to a trust for his daughters which will be opened at Bank of America.
