Ramona was born on November 12, 1937 in Putman County, MO. to Mable Ann (Morgan) and Ralph E. Newland.Ramona retired in 2000 after 15 years of dedicated service from Mercantile Bank. She also sold Avon for over 17 years. Ramona loved camping, making crafts and her flower gardens. Most important to her was her family and making them #1 in her life.Ramona is survived by her loving children, Russell Pebbles, Ryle (Rachel) Mac Pebbles and Rachelle (Wayne) Ware; eleven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and numerous extended family and beloved friends.She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene; daughter, Rebecca and two sons, Ricky and Randy and her brother, Jack NewlandRamona's family will greet friends from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at Hamilton's Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street.
