HOWE — Ralph Allen Kelly, 86, of Howe, Indiana, died Sunday, May 31, 2015, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Mr. Kelly was born on May 12, 1929, in Howe to Ralph A. and Marguerite (Doll) Kelly. Living his lifetime in the Howe area, he was a graduate of the 1947 class of Lima High School. Ralph was a dairy farmer for many years and became known as the "Milkman" and was a member of the First United Methodist Church of LaGrange, Indiana. Mr. Kelly was a United States Air Force veteran having served in the Korean War. On April 14, 1955, in Pineville, Louisiana, he married Neda V. Deville. Mrs. Kelly survives in Howe, Indiana. Also surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Lorrie and Lester Bond Jr. of Howe; two sons, Daniel A. Kelly of Howe, and Stephen H. Kelly of Howe; a grandson and his wife, Shay and Jennifer Bond of Kendallville; two great-grandchildren, Mason and Emmalinn Bond; a sister and brother-in-law, Melissa and Robert Tobias of Portland, Oregon; a brother and sister-in-law, James M. and Jean Kelly of Howe, Indiana; and numerous nieces and nephews. His parents; a sister, Eloise Geddes; and three brothers, Paul William, Richard L. and John L. Kelly, preceded him in death. Funeral services will take place on Thursday, June 4, 2015, at 10 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church, 209 W. Spring St., LaGrange, Indiana, with the Rev. Chris Danielson officiating. Burial will follow the services at Riverside Cemetery in Howe, Indiana. LaGrange American Legion Post 215 will conduct military rites. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, June 3, 2015, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Frurip-May Funeral Home, 309 W. Michigan St., LaGrange, Indiana.
