Phyllis Jean Lenk1934~2016Phyllis Lenk, age 82, passed away peacefully on December 4th, 2016. She died at St. Marks Hospital with her family by her side. Phyllis was born on January 2, 1934 to Earl and Ida Koehn in Antigo, Wisconsin. Phyllis is survived by her husband of 56 years, Melvin Lenk; daughters: Susan Kolan (Doug) and Karen Parr; grandchildren: Erich Kolan, Alyssa Kolan, Eliott Parr, and Jillian Parr; brother: Bill Koehn (Anita); and sister: Mary Ambelang. She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters: Dori Peot and Pat Lombardi.Phyllis was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed, but who will live forever in our hearts. A viewing will be held Friday December 9th from 1-2 pm at Memorial Mountain View Mortuary, 3115 East 7800 South, Cottonwood Heights, UT.
