Phyllis Ann HambelZANESVILLE: Phyllis Ann Hambel, 77, of Zanesville died at 4:50 PM Friday, April 01, 2016 at the Cedar Hill Care Center.She was born on May 19, 1938 in Ringold OH, Morgan County the daughter of Loren and Estella VanHorn Dew.Phyllis was a member of Woodlawn Ave. Church of Christ. She had worked in her early life on the family farm with her family and then later worked at the telephone company in McConneslville. Most of her life she was a homemaker who enjoyed traveling, bowling & being active in her church. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Ronald K. Hambel, a brother, Lee Dew; a sister, Elma Wollard; several nieces & nephews; special friends, Carol Osborn and Amy Lane; and her pet dog Toby. Phyllis was preceded in death in death in addition to her parents by her brothers, Wayne, Dean, Ed & Clyde; and a sister Linda Totman.Friends may call 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm Monday, April 04, 2016 at the Bryan & Hardwick Funeral Home and where funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, April 05, 2016.
