Pauline MardisSumrallA lifetime resident of Sumrall, Pauline Mardis was born on May 29, 1937. She passed away in Franklin, TN on June 23, 2017, while she was visiting her family. Mrs. Mardis loved her family, cooking, fishing, quilting, and, above all, her Lord Jesus. She will be fondly remembered by all who knew her for her timeless beauty and kindness towards all.Mrs. Mardis is preceded in death by her parents, Billy and Leona Graham of Sumrall, MS, her husband Kenard Mardis of Sumrall, MS and her son, Greg Mardis of Sumrall, MS. She is survived by her son Delton (Phyllis) Mardis of Sumrall, MS, her daughters Debbie (Randy) Smith of Purvis, MS,and Marsha Owen, of Franklin, TN; eight grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and a multitude of nieces and nephews.Services will take place on Tuesday at 11 A.M. at the Hulett-Winstead Sumrall Chapel with a visitation 5-8 P.M. Monday.Interment will be at Rock Hill Cemetery.
