Paul J. WilloughbyCHILLICOTHE: Paul J. "PJ" Willoughby, 55, of Chillicothe, died 6:56 a.m. Monday, May 22, 2017 at his home following an extended battle against cancer with his loving family by his side. He was born on March 25, 1962, in Chillicothe to the late Harvey L. and Eva Steward Willoughby. On November 24, 1995 he married the former Dana Markel who survives. Also surviving are children, Chrissy Willoughby, of Cincinnati, Kyla Willoughby, of Chillicothe, and Kelly Cardwell, of Richmond Dale; grandchildren, Tristan Cardwell and Bentley Spencer; two brothers, Bryon (Desi) Willoughby, of North Carolina and Larry Willoughby, of Columbus; a sister, Rita (Bill) Graves, of Richmond Dale; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a granddaughter, Jasmine Cardwell.Paul was a former truck driver for L.H. Transport, Upper Sandusky. He was a 1980 graduate of Southeastern High School, and was class Salutatorian. Paul was a member of F.O.E. Aerie 600, Sons of American Legion #62, Sons of Amvets #4, and Moose Lodge 1626. Paul was a member of Richmond Dale United Methodist Church. Funeral service will be held 11a.m. Thursday, May 25, 2017, at the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Chris Wiseman officiating. Burial will follow in Little Mound Cemetery, Richmond Dale. Friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday.
