Paul E. Eddy, 74, of Decatur, formerly of Ramsey, died on Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2016, in Decatur.Services were held at 11 a.m. on Saturday at Second Church of God in Decatur, with the Rev. Mike Pritts officiating. Visitation was held from 10 a.m. until time of services on Saturday at the church. Memorials: Cancer Care Institute of Decatur or St. John's Hospice Hospital Care. Miller Funeral Home in Ramsey was in charge of arrangements. He married Carol Audis Constante on March 17, 1978, in Ramsey.Survivors include his wife; and sons, Tim Eddy and his wife Peggy of Pana, Todd Eddy and his wife Jennifer of Normal, and Robert Hesler of Decatur; and daughter, Michelle and her husband Mike Ferraro of Ravenel, S.C.
