Brindle, Olive M.Olive M. Brindle, age 92, a resident of St. Mary's Home, Manitowoc, died Saturday morning, December 31, 2016 at the home.She was born on January 31, 1924 in Chicago Heights, IL., daughter of the late Herbert and Lilith (McCready) Flodin. Olive was a graduate of Bloom Township High School. On September 30, 1945 she married Jack R. Brindle at Chicago Heights, IL. He preceded her in death on July 24, 2007. Olive enjoyed shopping and playing bridge. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law: Lynn & Stephen Good, Manitowoc; one son: Jay Brindle and his fiancé Lisa Steffes, Oneida; five grandchildren: Tim (Ali) Good, Whitefish, MT., Jennifer Good, Kimberly, Dan (Crystal) Brindle, Steamboat Springs, CO., Michele (Erik) Tormondsen, Duluth, MN., Dennis Brindle, Kimberly; six great grandchildren: Eli, Liam, Ella, Beckett, Oliver & Wren; and a sister-in-law: Gladys White, Florida. Nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends also survive. She was also preceded in death by one brother and sister-in-law: James & Delo Flodin; and three brothers-in-law and two sisters-in-law: Robert & Luella Brindle, Harry & Lois Brindle and Jack White.Cremation has occurred at All-Care Cremation Center, Manitowoc. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 20, 2017 at The Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc. Officiating at the Memorial Service will be the Rev.
