Nancy B. Confer, 77, of Wellsboro, died on Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2016. She was born on Feb. 24, 1939, in Coudersport , a daughter of the late Ernest and Alice (Kriss) Boucher and was the wife of the late Harold Confer. Nancy loved her cats and spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by four daughters, Barb Confer of Wellsboro, Valerie Stilwell of Warren, Chris (Kevin) Mattison of Middlebury Center, Erin (Bill) Driscoll of Port Charlotte, Fla.; grandchildren, April (Joe) Wilson, Emily Clark, Seth Clark, Maleah Stilwell, Brandy (Eric) Massey, Noah Mattison, Baillee (Derrick) Priset, Tyler Confer, Lucas Losinger, Gabby Losinger, Bella Driscoll, Lexie Driscoll, great-grandchildren, Brooke, Trista, Reagan, Ava, Kyle, Josh, Logan, Jaclyn, Danica, Delilah, Christopher, Brooke, Camy, Dayton, Kayden; brother, Ernest (Karilyn) Boucher of Coudersport, and three sisters. Visitation will be held on Friday, Nov. 18, from 1 to 2 p.m., at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc., Wellsboro. www.carletonfh.com A memorial service will follow at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Peter A. Devantier officiating. Interment will be in the Tioga County Memorial Gardens, Mansfield.
