Muriel Kathryn (Renyer) LauerMuriel Kathryn (Renyer) Lauer, 92, of Loveland, CO passed away on February 7, 2017 in Loveland, CO.Muriel was born on the family farm in Wakarusa, KS on October 19, 1924 to John A. and Susie G. Renyer. Muriel grew up in Wakarusa and attended school there.On July 5, 1945, Muriel married Francis B Lauer. Muriel was a devoted wife and mother to 11 children.Muriel is survived by her children, Ronald (Melinda) Lauer of Greeley, Co. Marvin Lauer of Nebraska, Susan Lauer Of Colorado Springs, Co., Lois (Lanny) Benishek of Des Moines, IA, Dwight (Brenda) Lauer of Parker, CO, Sharon (Paul) Markus of Loveland, Co., Lisa (Scott) Gaines of Windsor, Co., Michael (Shirley) Lauer of Canon City, CO, James (Monica) Lauer of Windsor, Co. and Brett (Molly) Lauer of Pleasantville, IA; 21 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Francis; son, Jeffery; 2 brothers and 3 sisters; grandchildren, Michael Lauer and Aaron Lauer; and family pets, Cokey and Pierre.Viewing will be from 5-7 p.m. on Sunday, February 12, 2017 at Adamson Funeral Home, Greeley, Co. with recitation of the rosary at 7 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday February 13, 2017 at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, 1250 7th Street, Windsor, CO 80550.
