Moses Allen Smalls was the son of Mr. Barney and Mrs. Ida E. Smalls.Born on July 22. 1924,Adams Run, S.C. On April 26, 2020 , he entered into enternal rest at his home.

He married  Beatrice E. Singleton on September 3. 1945. This union there were ten children, four preceded them in death. 

Moses received his education from Dorchester County School District.  He was employed at Independent Chemical Co. in New York City for twenty three  years. Upon retirement he returned home to Summerville, SC.

He was a member of Sand Hill United Methodist Church. He is survived by his faithful devoted wife, Beatrice E. Smalls. Eight children, Dominique Darcell, Barbarie Dallas, Hadiah (Clem) Abdullah, Atiya (Abdul-Raheem) Ali, Jenette Carter, Maxine Mayo, Elizabeth Owens; two brothers Hamp Smalls, Isaac (Louise) Smalls, sister in law, Joanna Smalls, Emma Smalls.Margaret (Sammy) Snipes. Delores Grant. Twenty-eight grandchildren, twenty eight great grand children and many other relatives and friends.
