Wittmann, Milton J.Milton J. Wittmann, age 67, of Darboy passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday morning, April 9, 2017. He was born on April 18, 1949 in Neenah, Wisconsin, son of the late Clarence J. and Dorothy F. (Schulz) Wittmann. After graduation from St. Mary's High School in Menasha, Milton proudly served his country with the U. S. Army. He returned from service to attend Fox Valley Technical College in the printing program. Milton was a long-time employee for Winnebago Color Press, until its closure. Milton was united in marriage to his partner of 30 years, Joseph L. Orr on May 3, 2014 in Dubuque, Iowa, with both of their families present. Milton was Vice-Admiral and Admiral of the NNYC; he was a piper in the Clan Gathering Bagpipe Band; Standing Judge for the American Orchid Society - Chicago Center, and a proud volunteer at St. Elizabeth Hospital. He loved gardening, photography, and sailing; and was fortunate while he was healthy to have travelled to all seven continents.He will be sadly missed by his spouse, Joseph Orr; his siblings: Carol (Marvin) Dillinger, Little Chute; Mary (David) John, Appleton; Dale (Christine) Wittmann, Appleton; siblings-in-law: Barb (Mike) McClone, Shawano; Beth (Richard) Loehr, Green Bay; Joanne (John McGinty) Reinke, Bear Creek; Mary (Jim) Heiling, Bear Creek; Pat (Leon) Spiegelberg, Manawa; nephews: Joseph (Jennifer) Dillinger; Jason (Heather) Dillinger; Austin Wittmann; Chase Wittmann; numerous other nieces and nephews; grandnieces and grandnephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his parents-in-law, Clifford and Jeanette Orr.The Funeral Mass for Milton will be held on Monday, April 17, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Spirit Parish - Darboy (E2796 Calumet St. / KK) with Father Robert Kollath officiating. Friends will be received on Monday from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service directly at the church. He will be laid to rest in Holy Angels Cemetery.
