He was born on January 27, 1958 in Lafayette, Indiana to Marjorie and the late Arthur Dalby.Michael is survived by his mother Marjorie, brothers Nicholas, David and Timothy; three nephews, Ryan, Sean & Christopher; three nieces Gillian, Jane & Alexia and dear friends Emily & Jane Hall.A celebration of his life will be held later.  Burns's Riverside Chapel Florence Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
