Mary L. Lombardo, age 63, of McKean, passed away Saturday, December 10, 2016, at Elmwood Gardens. She was born on May 13, 1953 in Erie, Pa., daughter of the late Samuel and Nancy (DeSantis) Lombardo. Mary formerly lived in Albion before moving to McKean. She attended Erie Business School and was employed at St. Vincent Hospital for 35 years at various positions at the hospital, and prior to St. Vincent's, she worked at Hamot Hospital. She was a member of St. Lawrence Church in Albion, where she was extensively involved in all activities and a member of their Rosary Society, and then St. Francis Xavier Church in McKean, where she was active and a member of their Rosary Society. Mary enjoyed cooking, crocheting, and her family was most important to her and she loved caring for her family, nieces, and nephews. She is survived by her brother, Joseph Lombardo (Janet) of McKean, Pa.; nieces, Jenna Lombardo and Kristin Lombardo; nephew, Nicholas Lombardo; great-nephews, Kayden Lombardo and Kegan Magee. Friends may call at the St. Francis Xavier Church, 8880 Main St., McKean, Pa., on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral mass at the church at 11:00 a.m. Private burial will be in St. Francis Xavier Cemetery.
