Uhlenbrauck, MarvinMarvin G. Uhlenbrauck, 91, of Black Creek, passed away peacefully, Tuesday morning, October 24, 2017, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on December 7, 1925, son of the late Peter and Anna (Wolff) Uhlenbrauck, on the family farm in Black Creek.On April 30, 1949, he was united in marriage to Eunice Rahmlow, and celebrated 68 years together. They purchased the farm from Marv's parents and operated it until his retirement in 1990, when they sold it to their son, Reed. Marv continued to drive the John Deere tractors for his son until he was 90. He enjoyed bowling, playing sheepshead, bus trips with "Farmers on the Bum", dancing and family gatherings at their home. Marv was a life-long member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Black Creek where he served on the church council and building fund. Marvin is survived by his wife, Eunice; daughter, Maxine (Rev. Donald) Thompson, Mukwonago; son, Reed (Renee) Uhlenbrauck, Black Creek; son-in-law, Daniel (Carol) Kolosovsky, Greenfield; 12 grandchildren: Andrew (Maggie) Kolosovsky, Mequon; Katie Kolosovsky, Toas, MN; Carrie (Greg) Beyer, Wauwatosa; Jonathan (Susie) Kolosovsky, Itasca, IL; Emily (August) Beier, Menasha; Matthew Thompson, Hales Corners; Rebecca (Jose) Palacios, Watertown, WI; Kristin (Clark) Schultz, Johnson Creek, Nathan (Christina) Thompson, Louisburg, KS; Nicole (Michael) Zuiches, Nichols; Ryan Uhlenbrauck, Black Creek; and Courtney (Nicholas) Wolfgram, Black Creek; and 19 great-grandchildren and counting; three nieces and one nephew.He was preceded in death by his daughter, Diane Kolosovsky; granddaughter, Tara Lee Uhlenbrauck; and sister, Lucille (Norbert) Springstroh.Friends may call at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Black Creek on Friday, October 27, 2017 from 9:30 am until the time of service at noon, with Pastor Steve Schlicht officiating.
