Mark John Fitch, 63, of Springville, died Tuesday, October 20, 2015 in the Geisinger South Hospice Unit in Wilkes-Barre. He is survived by his wife of 43 years Karen Newhart Fitch.Mark was born on December 2, 1951, son of the late Norris and Marilyn (Swackhammer) Fitch.He is a veteran of the United States Army and served his country for 13 years.He is survived by his sons, Leon and wife Nicole Fitch, of Waukee, Iowa, and Josh Fitch, of Springville; daughter, Norean Devin and her husband John Grady, of Tunkhannock; brothers Alan Fitch, Adam Fitch; sisters, Laura Fitch, Kelly Keller; and grandsons, Lucas Fitch, Aidan Grady; and granddaughters Taylor, and Julianna Fitch.A Memorial Service was held at the Springville United Methodist Church on Friday, October 23, 2015.Memorial contributions can be made to the Wounded Warriors Project; or the Springville United Methodist Church.Arrangements by Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home, Inc. 73 West Tioga St. Tunkhannock.
