Huth, MarilynMarilyn M. Huth, age 82 of Appleton, passed away on January 4, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Hospital of Appleton. Marilyn was born on June 27, 1934 in Appleton Wisconsin to Albert and Marie (Van Elzen) Van Stralen. She was a graduate of Kimberly High School. On June 5, 1958 she married Earl Huth in Combined Locks and he preceded her in death in 2013. Marilyn was a mother, homemaker and also had a career as a Banquet Waitress. She was a very social, people person who especially loved time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed spending time outdoors where she could often be found sitting in her yard, enjoying her flowers and the warm sunshine.She will be sadly missed by: her children, Gail (Mel) Lindsey of Menasha; Lori (Tony) Keddell of Menasha; Gregg (Darla) Huth of Combined Locks; grandchildren, Dwane (Jenny) Lindsey; Nicole Lindsey; Cherry Coda; Heather Keddell; Dillon (fiancé Kim) Huth; Nicholas Huth; Megan Huth, six great-grandchildren; siblings, Jim Van Stralen; Kenneth (Margie) Van Stralen; Joyce (Jim) Ebben; Gloria (Jack) Williams as well as nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.She was preceded in death by: her husband Earl; her parents; a close family friend, Jeff Abbey; siblings, Alice Meier; Rita Ciha; Raymond Van Stralen; infant sister Mary Van Stralen.Abiding by Marilyn's wishes, private services will be held at a later date. She will be interred next to the love of her life, her husband of 55 years Earl, at St. Joseph Cemetery in Appleton.A memorial fund will be established. Donations can be sent to Wichmann Funeral Homes, Tri County Location in Menasha.The family would like to thank Marilyn's dearest and closest friends and family for all the companionship and love given to Marilyn over the years.
