Marcella Emily RodriguezMay 14, 1939 - November 6, 2016Marcella Emily Rodriguez was born on May 14, 1939 in Penasco, New Mexico to Felipe Timoteo and Eliria Maestas. She passed away while being surrounded by her family on Sunday, November 6, 2016 at her home following a sudden illness. When she was a small girl, Marcella's family moved from New Mexico to Wyoming until finally moving to Pocatello. She married Mike Rodriguez on July 3, 1957 in Blackfoot. They had three children, Carla Anna, Angela and Michalene and three grandchildren, Timothy, Ryan and Dani. Marcella was an amazing seamstress and quilter. She was great at crafts and an avid reader. Marcella was preceded in death by her husband and her parents.A celebration of life will be held at Downard Funeral Home, 241 North Garfield Ave., Pocatello on Saturday, November 12th at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery, section 55 east at 2:30 PM.
