Luella M. WattsZANESVILLE: Luella M. Watts, 94, of Zanesville, passed away at 10:30 p.m. Thur. April 7, 2016. She was born on August 23, 1921 in York Township, Morgan County, a daughter of the late Jesse and Lulu Eppley. She was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church. She is survived by one son Roger M. (Maggie) Watts. Three daughters Betty Milner, Susan (Mike), and Lisa (Nathan) Riggle. Six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. One brother Wayne (Mary Lou) Eppley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Ronald M. Watts. One brother Earl Eppley. Son-in-law Ed Milner. One granddaughter DeAnn Watts. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Tue.
