Lois E. Daun1919 - 2014Lois E. Daun, 94, of Kenosha passed away on Monday, Jan. 13, 2014, at Hospitality Manor. Lois was born on Aug. 18, 1919, in Negaunee, Mich., the daughter of the late Marvin and Eunice (Mahaffey) Costock. She was educated in the schools of Michigan. She married Gordon T. Daun on April 8, 1947. She was employed at Snap-On Tools for many years. Lois was a member of 1st United Methodist Church. Her hobbies included reading, bowling, embroidery, and traveling. Lois was also an active/past PTA member, and also belonged to the Swedish American Club of Kenosha. Survivors include a son, Daniel G. Daun of Oak Creek; daughter, Christine (Stephen) Schneider of Kenosha; four grandchildren; two step grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Glen Comstock. A visitation will be held on Thursday, Jan. 16, 2014, at Kenosha Funeral Services from 10 a.m. to 12 (Noon) with funeral services to follow at 12 (Noon). Burial Sunset Ridge memorial Park.
