Llewellyn "Demeek" Sams departed this earthly life on April 25, 2020. Llewellyn was an amazing son born to Delores Mae Sams and Ira Lee Jones Jr. on November 28, 1978 in Rockford, IL. Llewellyn went to Beloit Memorial High School.

Llewellyn leaves to carry on his legacy 3children, Zakahri Latrice Sams-Hardy (Brittany Hardy), Neferteria Stokes and Jessiah Figures (Sylvia Stokes). 2 brothers and 4 sisters, Lamont Jones (St Paul, MN.), Fredrick Wiggins (Athens, AL.), Sonya Sams (Janesville, WI), Shanika Moore (Rockford, IL.), N'ira Jones and Brenda Wiggins(Athens, AL.). An host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Llewellyn is preceded by his beautiful mother Delores Sams, sister's Felasha Sams and Natasha Jones, father Ira Jones Jr., grandmother's Bessie Sams and Mary Lou Allen Jones, grandfather Eddie Jarret, Uncle Roy Sams, Aunt Edie Horton and brothers Brian, Andre, Steven and Armond Jones.
