Lisa De La Torre Cobilla was born in Tiwi, Becol, Phillippines on September 8th, 1945. She passed away on Monday 18th, 2018. She is predeceased by her husband, Eric Cobilla, her 5 children, and her 8 grandchildren. 

Living in the Philippines for most of her life, Lisa moved to the United States in 1972 with her husband, Eric and her four children. She had 1 more child after settling in Los Angeles, California.

Lisa delighted in her family and friends. She often went on walks with her neighbors and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She worked at home as a mother even after moving to the United States, continuing to raise her children in Los Angeles. She loved the outdoors and gardened often in her backyard. She was a talented cook and an avid reader. 

Lisa requested a small, private, burial and funeral. The family wishes to thank all of those who have sent condolences, and who remember the light that Lisa left on their life.
