Linda G. Weiss Kowalewski, age 71, of Erie, passed away on Thursday, December 15, 2016. She was born on July 30, 1945, a daughter of the late Irvin and Mildred Althof Weiss. She previously worked for Munot Plastics, the Lutheran Home, and most recently as a supervisor for Janitor Jim. She loved cooking for holidays and her family, raising money for MS, and enjoyed traveling. She is preceded in death by her sister, Carla M. Kulik; a brother, Larry Weiss; and her loving poodle, Peaches. She is survived by two daughters, Rochelle Scutella (Daniel) and Michelle Conboy (Rick), both of Erie; a son, David Stanbro, Jr. of Erie; four grandchildren, Adam, Drew, Arontino, and Mia; a sister-in-law, Janice Weiss; a brother-in-law, Dan Kulik; many nieces, nephews, and loving dog, Lola. Many thanks to all her dear friends and neighbors who helped care for her.
