Kolb, Leslie Ann Leslie Ann Kolb was born on June 23, 1955 to William and Bobbie Jessup in Cincinnati, Ohio. She passed away on October 26, 2016 in Scottsdale, Arizona. Leslie married the love of her life Jeff Kolb on June 8, 1978. Together they had two children Kelly and Andrew. She is survived by her husband Jeff, daughter Kelly Hook, son Andrew Kolb, sisters Tracy Monaghan and Vicki Monroe. Leslie is preceeded in death by both her parents and her brother William Dwight Jessup. From an early age she had a love for animals and helping people. That love turned into a career as a registered nurse that spanned 31 years. She was the warmest and kindest person you would ever meet. Visitation will be at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 and a memorial service at 3:00 PM at Hansen Desert Hills Mortuary 6500 E. Bell Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85254.
