Mr.Lee D. Thompson passed away on January 17,2020 at the early age of 67. 

Lee D.Thompson was born on March 25,1952 in Chicago, Illinois, to the union of Vivan and Lee D.Thompson Sr. Lee have four siblings ,3 brothers Zachary Thompson, Kenneth(Gloria) Thompson, Patrick Thompson, and one sistet Wanda Fleming. On April 1,1980 Lee D. Thompson married Angela Gibson and they had one child together Shanell Thompson, Lee and Angie join their Children together and began a family Brooke(Brett)Mayborne, Lee D.(Ann) Thompson III, Brandy Thompson(deceased), Rochella Johnson,Larnell Gibson, Marion Gibson , 20 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces. nephews.and friends.  He proceed in death with his mom Vivian Thompson

Lee D Thompson attend Calumet High School in Chicago, Illinois and at the age of 17 years old he join the U.S Coast Guard after serving 20 years he retired as Chief Boatmen and later join Boyton Beach Police Department after serving 23 years he reired as a Sergent. He received many awards, honors, and medals, he also recieved the Coast Guard Medal of Honors for heroism from Presdients Nixon for saving a family in a fire.

Ater retirement Lee enjoyed traveling, taking cruises with his wife Angela, spending time with family and friends. Lee was the life of the party and doing his signture dance the rubber band. He loved his sports and his Chicago Bulls. He lived a wonderful and love the kids.
