He was born on April 4, 1945 in Neptune Township and was a lifelong Freehold resident.He was a member of the Bethany Baptist Church, Farmingdale, N.J. He also was a member and Past Exalted Ruler of Walter J. Conley Lodge, I.B.P.O.E., of Freehold and a former member of the Masonic Lodge. He was a trucking owner and operator.He was predeceased by his parents, Pearl and Harry Perry, and a brother, Larry Williams. Surviving are his wife, Annie M. Perry; three sons and daughters-in-law, Anthony and Margie Marks, Timothy, Sr. and Shelby Perry, and Lee, Jr. and Jeanette Perry; two brothers, Harry Perry and Stanley Perry; a sister, Lucy Schenck; nine grandchildren; and a great grandchild.The viewing will be held at the Bethel A.M.E. Church, 3 Waterworks Road, Freehold, N.J. on Saturday, November 12, 2016, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., followed by funeral services at 11:00 a.m. Entombment will follow at Maplewood Chapel Mausoleum, Freehold. Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold is in charge of arrangements.
