Delfosse, Lawrence "Larry"Lawrence "Larry" Delfosse, 78, Green Bay, passed away Friday, December 2, 2016. He was born on January 9, 1938, in Green Bay to Elmer and Edna (Rentmeester) Delfosse.Larry served in the U.S. Air Force in Texas and England. On August 17, 1964, he married Evelyn Zettle in Green Bay. Larry was employed as a mechanic with Chicago & Northwestern Railroad and then with Wisconsin Central Railroad, retiring after 37 years.He enjoyed tinkering on cars with his sons. Larry would read anything put in front of him, and enjoyed taking his family fishing and talking about P38 Mustangs with his grandson.Larry is survived by his wife, Evelyn; his children, Randy Delfosse, Mike (Kim) Delfosse, Susie (Jeff) Emerson, David Delfosse, Beth Delfosse (and her fiancé, Patrick Hemken), Tina Debroux (and her special friend, Dan Monfils); nine grandchildren, Amy, Heather, Michael, Lyric, Sequoia, Jamie, Miles, Teresa, James; great-grandchildren, Evan, Gemma, Michael Scott, Alex, Anthony, Emma; two sisters, Mary Ann (Bud) LaPlante, Alyce Ness; brother-in-law, Tom Van Ark; and many nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter-in-law, Tracy Delfosse; sister, Kathleen Van Ark; and brother-in-law, Jim Ness.Friends may call at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, December 5.
