Lawrence Alexander Wall, Sr.1931-2017Larry/Papa passed into his next life on January 29, 2017. Larry was born on June 26, 1931, to John (Jack) Nicholas Wall and Helen Spillane. He graduated from Manhattan College in 1954 and served as a Naval Officer from 1954 to 1957. Larry then joined Shell Oil where he remained until his retirement. Larry was preceded in death by his parents, brothers: Jack, Steve, Jimmy, Joe and Gerry and his beloved daughter Deborah Wall Mateker. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Pat, daughter Caroline and George Binick, sons Larry Wall, Jr. and Becky McGraw Wall and Mark and Joan Mateker, grandchildren: Elise Mateker Campagna, Beth, Jack and Katie Eichelberger, Jonathon and Allyson Wall, Louisa Hamlin, Laura Oates and great grandchildren Nicholas, Megan, Fred, Alice and Jane. Friends are invited to visitation on Friday, February 3, 2017 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM with Rosary at 7:00 PM at Earthman Bellaire Funeral Home 4525 Bissonnet, Bellaire. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at 12:30 PM at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church 6800 Buffalo Speedway, Houston.
