Spangenberg, Kyle SamuelKyle Samuel Spangenberg, age 16, a resident of Denmark, and formerly of Manitowoc, was called to his eternal rest very unexpectedly on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at his residence.Kyle was born on August 31, 2000 in Two Rivers to Richard and Ann (Temple) Spangenberg. He attended First German Evangelical Lutheran School from preschool to 8th grade where he was confirmed by God's word and teachings. Kyle then attended Denmark High School for his freshman and sophomore years. He had a love for sports - especially soccer and basketball. Kyle touched many hearts with his actions and words of kindness. He will be greatly missed by many.Survivors include Kyle's parents, Richard and Ann Spangenberg, Denmark; brother, Travis, Manitowoc; paternal grandfather, Robert (Betty) Spangenberg, Sheboygan; paternal grandmother, Diane Crowe, Manitowoc; maternal grandfather, David Temple Sr., Maribel; also many uncles, aunts and cousins. Kyle was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, "Nana" Sonja "Toni" Temple.Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at First German Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1033 South 8th Street, Manitowoc. Rev. Christopher Hoppe, Rev. Benjamin Schaeffer, and Rev. Dan Cole will officiate with burial to take place at Knollwood Memorial Gardens.
