Kevin Craig O'GuinLakeland, TNKevin Craig O'Guin passed away peacefully at home on April 12, 2017 in Lakeland, TN at the age of 62. Kevin is survived by his brothers Tim O'Guin of Hickory Withe,TN and Mike O'Guin of Bristol, RI. His son Brandon O'Guin, Daughter-in-Law Michelle O'Guin and Grandchildren Miles O'Guin, Seth Mynatt and Haley Mynatt of Lakeland, TN. He is preceded in death by his loving wife Rowena O'Guin, parents Vernon Edward and Ruth Juanita O'Guin, and brother Patrick O'Guin of Memphis, TN. Kevin was born on April 2, 1955 in Memphis, TN. He married the love of his life Rowena on October 14, 1978. Kevin worked in the chemical industry at Osmose Inc. for more than 30 years until his retirement. He loved to travel and spend time in the mountains in Colorado. He was an avid nature lover who enjoyed camping, hiking, and fishing. Kevin always enjoyed a good meal, great conversation and spending time with his dog Scarlett, who never left his side.The family will receive visitors on Monday, April 17 from 5-7pm. Funeral services are scheduled for 2pm Tuesday, April 18. Both are at Memphis Funeral Home, 3700 N. Germantown Parkway, with a graveside service to follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery located at 5995 College Rd, Olive Branch, MS. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Kevin's life.
