Kenneth M RossVentura, CAKen Ross, of Ventura, CA, died peacefully on Friday, February 17, 2017 at his home surrounded by his loved ones. Ken was born on December 9, 1961 in Los Angeles to Marilyn and Robert Ross. He grew up in Woodland Hills, CA, and graduated from El Camino Real High School. Ken was especially devoted to his two children; Holly and Justin. Ken had a long career in banking and committed himself to compliance; developing and following processes, and training others to do so. Ken was a unique soul, funny, yet practical and disciplined. Ken loved traveling to locations with natural beauty. He also enjoyed finding interesting food places, and sharing his experiences with others. He is survived by his dedicated mother, Marilyn, siblings Steve (Lynn) and Debbie (Larry), children Holly and Justin, family, friends, and his loving girlfriend, Tracie. A memorial service, internment of ashes and reception will be held Friday February 24th at 11:00 at Conejo Mountain Funeral Home and Memorial Park- 2052 Howard Rd- Camarillo, CA 93012. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ken's name to the Pancreas Cancer Action Network @ Pancan.org
