Keith E. LloydSeptember 1, 1928 - August 9, 2016Keith Earl Lloyd, 87, of Bancroft passed away on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at his home. Keith was born on September 1, 1928 in Alexander, Idaho the son of Issac Joseph and Lillis Earl Lloyd. He attended Idaho State University Diesel Mechanics program and also Ricks College and BYU.Keith married Ella Norine Lechtenberg on October 1, 1953 in the Logan LDS Temple. He is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Keith enjoyed farming, gardening, mechanics, spending time at his cabin in Island Park and being in the mountains years ago on snow machines and more recent on 4-wheelers or in his truck. He always kept busy and always had a project that he was working on. He loved the gospel, spending time with his family and his sweetheart Ella. He is survived by his wife of 62 years Ella Lloyd of Bancroft, ID, four sons and two daughters, Don L. and Robyn Lloyd of Blackfoot, ID, Michael and Jeanie Lloyd of Grace, ID, Bennett and Angela Lloyd of Grace, ID, David and Joy Lloyd of Bancroft, ID, Karleen and Robert Metcalf of Logan, UT, Kayleen and David Olson of Olympia, WA. He was also survived by 25 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sisters, JoAnn L. Cramer and Pauline L. Christensen. Services will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at Noon at the Bancroft LDS Ward Chapel. Family will visit with friends on Saturday morning from 10-11:30 a.m. at the Church prior to services.
