RIGGINS (nee Hollis), Kathleen A. Age 71 of Moraine, passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at Bethany Lutheran Village in Centerville. She was born on May 11, 1945 in Dayton, Ohio, the Daughter of the late William A. and Ruth Hollis. Kathleen is survived by her children; Jason Riggins, Lara Jones, and Ryan Riggins. Son-in-law, Jason Jones and daughter-in-law, Rebecca Riggins. As well as grandsons; Alexander Riggins, Jacob Riggins, and step-grandson, Allan Barker. Her brother; William G. Hollis, and two nephews; Jeff and Greg Hollis. Along with a host of family and friends. As with her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Shirley Hollis. A private family service will be held at Woodland Cemetery.
