Kathy Marie Webb, 46, was called home to be with the Angels in Heaven on Friday, June 28, 2013. Kathy fought her battle with her many years of illness and died with her loving family at her bedside. She was born on June 7, 1967.Kathy graduated from Yuma High School and was a proud "Crim". She worked for the Quechan Indian Tribe Social Services for many years and was an enrolled member in the Quechan Indian Tribe.Kathy's hobbies were cooking good food, baking cakes and drawing. She very much enjoyed her family and friends as well as music (oldies, Reggae, rock, hip-hop, country). Her personality was caring and she enjoyed being helpful both at work and home. She was a very positive person, very talkative and just enjoyed being with people. Always mixed in with being in good humor.Kathy is survived by her mother, Julia Aguilar(Winterhaven,CA), four daughters, Jessica Webb( Winterhaven,CA), Rhiannon Damon(Sante Fe,NM), Tatianna Damon, Hailey Damon, grand-daughters, Adrianna Damon and Briana Hidalgo, grand-sons, Andrew Hidalgo and Romeo Gaxiola( all Winterhaven,CA); aunts Gertrude Vanfleet( Needles,CA), Tessy Escalante and Perdius Escalante (Winterhaven, CA); sisters, Glenna Welch and Doretta Webb (Parker,AZ), Pat Delarm, Rita Dixon, Sylvia Lopez, Ofelia Robinson, Sally Quinonez (all of Yuma,AZ), brothers, Ray Rangel, John Rangel and Ernest Rangel.Kathy was preceded in death her by her father Byron Webb Sr., her paternal grandmother, Lela Vanfleet, paternal grandfather, Walter Webb, brothers Byron "Thumper" Webb, Jr., Raymond Webb and Michael Webb Sr. and George Rangel; sister, Clarissa Webb; aunt, Jessie Webb Escalante.Pallbearers will be Mike Jackson Jr, Eddie "Crumbs" Dixon III, Julian Lucero, Lorenzo "Lencho" Lucero, Steven Vasquez, Chano Escalante Sr, Morales Escalante, Virgil Smith and Jonathan Shephard. Honorary Pallbearers are, Ernest Rangel, Johnny Jackson Jr., Keeny Escalanti Sr., Frank Lucero, Martin Soliz, Frank Howard, Andrew Hildago, Romeo Gaxiola , Richard Eswonia, Ryan Eswonia , Harm Webb, Almond Burns, Sr and Almond Burns, Jr., Mike Webb Jr. and Dwayne Webb.Viewing will be 3-4pm on Friday, July 5, 2013 at Yuma Mortuary with Services 4-5pm at St. Thomas Catholic Church(Mass).
