Joseph Salvatore Monaco passed away the morning of September 20th, 2019. Joseph was born and raised in Chicago, IL. He is survived by wife, Janice, and their three sons, Daniel, Frankie, and Joseph Jr. The wake will be held at Salernos Funeral Home on September 23rd, from 3-9pm.  Funeral arrangements will be held on September 24th, at 9:00am.
