Micolichek, JosephJoseph Micolichek, 66, Green Bay, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 4, 2016. He was born on March 26, 1950, in Green Bay, to the late Anton and Marie (Falkowski) Micolichek. Joe graduated from Denmark High School. Following in his father's footsteps, he made his living on the family farm with his brother, Don. He took great pride in tending to his home and hearth, and also enjoyed exploring the countryside. Always quick with a joke and a laugh, Joe charmed everyone he met with his roguish grin.Joe is survived by his daughter, Jennifer (Brandon) Krajewski, Milwaukee; siblings, Donald (Sandy) Micolichek, Green Bay, LaVerne Micolichek, Roselle, IL; nieces and nephews, Susie, Janet, David, Donnie, Marcy, Heidi, and Nicole; brother-in-law, Russell Schlies; many cousins and other relatives; and his dear friend, Magdalene Mayer.He was preceded in death by his sister, Lucille Schlies.Friends may call at Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St., on Thursday, November 8, 2016, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Parish wake service begins at 7:00 p.m. Visitation will continue Friday morning at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 3425 Willow Rd., from 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Cemetery in Pulaski.
