Jose De La Luz Rodriguez, 81, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2016. Graveside service: 3 p.m. Monday in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Rosary: 5 p.m. Sunday in Mount Olivet Chapel. Jose was born on Feb. 14, 1935, in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. Jose was preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Epifania Rodriguez; brothers, Manuel and Raul Rodriguez; and sister, Guadalupe Rodriguez. Survivors: Wife of 50 years, Maria Rodriguez; sons, Jose Jr. and wife, Angela and Felipe and wife, Sonya; stepsons, Juan Angel and Robert Gaona; grandsons, Joe Anthony Rodriguez and Phillip Andrew Rodriguez; sisters, Victoria, Maria De La Luz, Estella and Eva; and brothers, Juan, Moises, Alberto and Rogelio.
