Bette Jo Braland died at 5:50am, on April 24, 2020. She was born, July 19, 1943 to Joseph & Bette Rogers, in Kansas City, KS. She met the love of her life, Russell Braland, at the age of 14. They were married, May 20, 1961. She was a wife, mom and homemaker. She worked at The Jones Store for 18 years. She was preceded in death by her brother John Rogers, her baby Russell Lee Braland and her parents Joseph & Bette Rogers. She leaves behind her loving husband of 58 years, Russell Braland; Daughters, Penny (Kelvin) Charles, Patti (Craig) Collins, Tammi Collins; Grandchildren Amiee (Alex) Bachman, Jeffrey (Ashlee) Charles, Victoria Christian, Tiffany Christian, Marisa (Andrew) Jones and Shelby Collins. One great grandchild, Lyla Charles and Declan Bachman. Her brother Donald (Edith) Rogers, numerous brother & sisters in law, nieces and nephews.
