Services are under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home.JoAnn was born on Jan. 5, 1941 in Silver, Texas to Son and Lorene Millican.She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, James Bloodworth, who passed away at ten moths old.JoAnn is survived by her husband, Lonnie Bloodworth; daughter, Gaye L.
