Jeanne Marie England, 70, passed away on Dec. 3, 2016, at her home at Spirit Winds Ranch in Chiloquin. She was born on April 6, 1946, in Los Angeles, Calif., to Bill and Dorothy David. She graduated from Birmingham High School in Van Nuys, Calif., and received an associate's degree from Ventura Collage, a bachelor's degree from California Lutheran College and a bachelor's degree from University of California at Northridge. Jeanne taught an education class in Ventura, Calif., and was a member of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe. She was an accomplished artist, who made pine needle baskets and did gourd art. She also loved the outdoors and gardening. Survivors include her mother, Dorothy Rundgren of Hawaii; her brothers, Brad, Chuck and Steve; and her best friend and the love of her life, Spike. She was preceded in death by her father. Services will be held on a later date to be announced.
