Maufort, Jean A.Jean A. Maufort, 71, Green Bay, died Sunday, June 25, 2017 with her family at her side. She was born on January 21, 1946, in Green Bay to Harold Charles and Joyce Elaine (Gagnon) Maufort.Jean attended Seymour High School before she began her career. She worked for many years at Embassy Suites before moving on to Aurora BayCare Medical Center where she worked until her retirement. Jean enjoyed thrift shopping, going to rummage sales, as well as playing Yahtzee and cards. She loved cookouts, especially enjoying A.D.'s potato salad. Above all else, Jean cherished spending time with her family.She is survived by her three children, Michael (girlfriend, Nicole) Wendricks, Michelle Schiltz, and Marilyn (Steve) Hansen; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren with one more on the way; two sisters, Lynn Brunette and Arlene (Ken) Perez; two brothers, Richard Maufort and Jim (Kim) Maufort; special friends, Sue and Dale Phillips; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.Jean was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Robert Maufort; two sisters, Jeanette Lambert and Alfie Brunette; three infant nephews; a great-niece; and special friend, Joe Novak.Friends may call at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., from 10 a.m. to 12 noon Saturday, followed by the Funeral Service at noon with Antonio Saldaña officiating.
