Janet Ann SwartzMANSFIELD: Janet Ann Swartz, 72, of Mansfield passed away on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at Mansfield Memorial Homes. She was born on February 2, 1945 in Mansfield to James and "Polly" Ethel Kautz.Janet was a quiet but very independent woman with a love for horses and an avid photographer. She was a life long member of First English Lutheran Church, and a volunteer at Gorman Nature Center. Janet worked as an operating room nurse for 35 years at Mansfield General Hospital.She is survived by her daughter, Betsy Groff; a brother, Walter Kautz; a grandson, James Barker; and three nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 5, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. at First English Lutheran Church, 53 Park Ave. West Mansfield, OH 44902.
