Jamil Palmer was born July 12, 1988. He was born at Beth Israel Hospital.

He was the only boy growing up in his household. He had three sisters and was damaged when one passed away last year March 6, 2015.

Jamil was a loving, caring person who love to sing and dance- he was a real people person. 

Growing up, Jamil began to run with the wrong crowd. He began to fight and was put in prison, but changed his life around when he realized he was breaking his mother's heart. He joined his family church and began to help younger kids. Despite his past, Jamil was well-respected and loved by family and friends. He was known as Mill Mill to everyone, even his teachers. 

He leaves behind, his mom Cheryl Palmer, two sisters Aquanna and Ayanna Crudup, his five nieces: Quayannah, Shayannah, Ariana, Tatiana and Treasue, and his three nephews: Jaquan, Zyree, and Kevin. He also left plenty of aunts, uncles, and lots of friends.
