James Laster, 36, passed Friday, March 23, 2018. James was born to Everett Laster, and Marge Laster, August 05, 1981 in Detroit, Michigan.

James graduated from Cooley High Schoool. He married Earnestine Laster in 1956 and they lived together in Detroit Mi. James worked at General Motors until he retired in 1982. 

James is survived by 1 child: Nicole Hill (Anthony Hill). He also is survived by 7 grandchildren, Cordell Hill, Antonio Hill, Nicholas Hill, Yasmine Hill, Bobby Jones, Teasha Jones, Kailiani Jones. Two great-grandchildren, Antresses Hill, and Cordell Hill Jr.
