Anderson, James A. "Red" "Andy"James A. "Red" "Andy" Anderson, 82, of Goodman, died Sunday, October 23, 2016 at his home. He was born on February 15, 1934 in Goodman, the son of the late Harvey and Ella (Parrett) Anderson.Jim graduated from Goodman High School. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1950-1956. Jim was a member of the Green Bay Police Department for twenty-six years, where he served as a detective for most of his career. He retired with the rank of inspector on March 31, 1989.Jim was a member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church and the Martell-Musiaw American Legion Post 325. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and being outdoors.He married Konni Lemanski in April of 1981 in Green Bay.Jim is survived by his wife Konni of Fort Collins, CO, his sister Shirley Klinger of Mount Prospect, IL, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.He was preceded in death by four sisters Dorothy Anderson, Thelma O'Malley, Ruth Laurich, and Ruby Gostisha, and one brother Wallace Anderson.Visitation will be Saturday from 9:00-10:50am at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 am at the church. Father John Hefner will celebrate the Mass of Christian Burial.
